Here's a page which will show how to link to a file outside of Blogger.
Use the 'Link' button to link specifically to an external file but you can do it manually. [Those above are for images jpg, gif or png formats, movies].
By now you have copied the link in GDocs, so select your text which will contain the link to the Doc.
